WATA Operations & Maintenance Facility
The facility was originally constructed in 2003 as a Penske truck maintenance and rental facility. WATA purchased the existing facility in 2020, utilizing funds from federal, state, and local sources. The multiple structure facility will undergo renovations and expansions to the administration and maintenance portions of the building. A new bus washing building will be constructed alongside a new fuel canopy and fueling system. The existing structure will have new roof systems and exterior surface upgrades. All new site utilities, curbs, parking, and entry control points will be added to the facility.
